At MURCH, we believe in keeping things real — even after your order is delivered. Here's everything you need to know in case you want to exchange or return a product.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange if you need a different size or want to switch designs (within the same price range). Shipping charges for the exchange are to be covered by the customer.
Note: Some items can’t be exchanged, including:
- Products priced ₹799 or below
- Bundle deals
- Items bought during sales or promotions
Mystery products, freebies, gift cards, and clearance items
To request an exchange:
- Submit a request on our official website within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Email requests won’t be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
If these conditions aren’t met, we’ll have to send the item back to you.
Return Policy
We don’t accept returns for reasons like changing your mind, not liking the product, or sizing preferences.
- You can only request a return if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
To return a product:
- Raise a request on our website within 2 days of delivery.
- Upload clear photo/video proof showing the issue.
- Make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging.
