We’re all about making your shopping experience smooth, stylish, and stress-free. So here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, exchange, and handle your orders at Murch.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We know you're hyped to rock your Murch tee – and we’re on it.
- Orders take 5–6 business days to get packed and shipped. (We chill on weekends and public holidays.)
- During busy drops or sales, things might take a bit longer – we appreciate your patience.
- If there’s ever a delay, we’ll hit you up with an update via email or phone.
Heads up: We don’t do open delivery. So please don’t ask the delivery person to open your package before you accept it.
❌ Order Cancellations
We try to make sure every order gets to you, but sometimes things come up. We might have to cancel your order if:
- The item is out of stock
- Your payment details don’t check out
- Your order looks suspicious (fraud alert!)
- We can’t ship to your address
- There’s a tech glitch or price error on our site
If that happens, no worries — we’ll reach out to sort it out or refund you, no stress.
🔄 Exchanges & Returns
Not vibing with the size or fit? We got you.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address if it’s available in your area.
- If your pin code isn’t covered, just ship it back to us — and yes, we’ll pay you back for the shipping if you send us the bill.
- Once we get your item, we’ll quickly send out the exchange.
Note: We currently don’t do refunds unless the product is damaged or sold out.
🧾 Coupon Code Vibes
We love spreading the Murch love with exclusive coupon codes during collabs, giveaways, and events.
- These codes are meant only for the people we share them with.
- If you use a code that wasn’t meant for you (like one found on shady apps or shared randomly), we might have to cancel your order.
- Just having a code doesn’t guarantee a discount — it has to be officially approved by Murch.
